Terraces Flower Farm Mini Session Terms & Conditions By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following: • Sessions take place at Terraces Flower Farm in Milford, MI. Seasonal flowers and scenery vary throughout the summer based on bloom cycles and weather conditions. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and ready for your session. Late arrivals will reduce shooting time, as sessions are scheduled back-to-back. • All payments are final and non-refundable due to the limited nature of these specialty venue sessions and the photographer's venue reservation costs. • Mini sessions are not eligible for individual rescheduling due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend. • In the event of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, or severe storms), Kailee Doris Photography will make the final determination regarding postponement. Light rain forecasts, cloudy conditions, hot temperatures, or a chance of rain do not automatically require rescheduling. • If a weather postponement becomes necessary, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to secure one alternate date with the venue. If an alternate date is offered and you are unable to attend, no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided. • Clients must remain on designated areas, supervise children at all times, and are financially responsible for any damage caused to the venue by themselves or members of their party. • Kailee Doris Photography is not responsible for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, insect bites, weather-related discomfort, or damage to personal belongings during the session. Clients participate at their own risk and may be required to sign a venue liability waiver upon arrival. • Galleries will be delivered within approximately 7–14 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images before the gallery expiration date. • By booking, you grant Kailee Doris Photography permission to share images from your session for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
